Knocknagarm Park is located on the walled grounds of the former Glenageary House, the original estate for the south Dublin suburb.

The scheme sits on part of the estate’s farmyard and retains the original granite walls, lending a nice historical touch to a new development.

Knocknagarm Park is being developed by Turkington Rock, a collaboration between interior designer Helen Turkington and developer Keith Craddock of Red Rock Developments.

The scheme began selling off the plans earlier this year and a showhouse opened last month to market the development. When it’s finished, Knocknagarm Park will have 16 houses, apartments and duplexes, all set amidst landscaped common areas.

There are currently nine homes available. Prices start at €450,000 for a two-bed apartment spanning 842 sq ft, while a three-bed duplex with 1,355 sq ft of living space is priced from €550,000.

Prices for the houses start at €650,000 for a three-bed detached style measuring 1,481 sq ft, with a 1,666 sq ft four-bed semi-detached design costing from €695,000. The price range for the five-bed detached homes is €850,000 to €895,000, with sizes ranging from 2,180 sq ft to 2,348 sq ft.

The ground floor of the houses have an open-plan kitchen/living room, with plate-glass doors out to the rear garden. There is space for at least two cars in the front driveway
