Prices start at €550,000 for a two-bed detached property. The three-bed detached styles range from €650,000 to €660,000, with the four-bed semis costing from €695,000 to €715,000. The five-bed detached houses goes from €850,000 to €895,000. The houses range in size from 1,200 sq ft for the two-bed to 2,347 sq ft for a five-bed.
